## Math by Julie

Monday: In math we did lesson 67. We were learning polygons. First we counted. Then we did expanded form and then mental math problems. Next, we did problem solving. After that we did Reflex. Then we did our lesson. Tuesday: We counted first by 4's and then by 8's. Then we wrote multiplication facts and a number. Then we did mental math. After that we did problem solving. Then one group did Reflex while the other group did the lesson. Wednesday: First we did examples, and then we did lesson practice. Next, we checked our work for mistakes. Then we did an activity where we drew different shapes to decide what kind of triangle they were. Thursday: We had a snow day! Friday: In math we did a lesson on triangles.

On Monday, we did lesson 64 on multiplying by 9's. On Tuesday, we did Kansas Math facts. On Wednesday, we did lesson 65 on angles. On Thursday, we took a test. On Friday, we did lesson 66 on parallelograms.

## Math by Caleb

On Tuesday we had an investigation about bar graphs that go both vertical and horizontal. Then, we learned the steps on how to make a bar graph. Here are the steps: 1. Get some data. 2. Put it in a bar graph. Next, we did a bar graph. Lastly, we answered some questions. On Wednesday we did lesson 61. It was about square numbers. They were 1, 4, 9, 16, 25, 36, 49, 64, 81, 100, 121, 144, 169, 196, 225, 256, 289, 324, 361, and 400. After that, we did Reflex. Next, we did lesson practice. Lastly, we did our lesson. On Friday, we learned more about area. Then we did Reflex. Next, we did lesson practice. Lastly, we did our lesson.

In lesson 59, we learned multiplication facts 2's and 5's. In lesson 60, we learned group stories, part 1. We ended the week with tests.

## MATH BY BRAEDAN!!!!!!!!!!

Monday:We did a lot with multiplication. Tuesday: We did multiplication tables. First, we did facts, Jump Start, Mental Math, and problem solving. Then, we did New Concept, Example 1 and 2. Next we did Lesson Practice. Last, we did Written Practice. Wednesday: We had a test. Thursday: We did a lot of multiplication!! Friday: We did a lot with arrays.

On Monday we did corrections on Lesson 48. We worked on fractions. On Tuesday we did the same thing. On Wednesday we did the second half of probability. On Thursday we took a test. On Friday we will do an investigation.

## Math by Edric

Monday: We were doing Lesson 44. It was called "Fractions of a Group:. Also, we did lesson practice. Tuesday: We did Lesson 45. It was called "Probability, Part 1." Probability is something that has a better chance to happen. Wednesday: All we did was lesson practice. Thursday: We did Lesson 46. It is called "Fractions Equal to 1" and "Mixed Numbers". Friday: We did Lesson 47. It's called "Equivalent Fractions". Equivalent Fractions are different fractions that equal the same thing.

## Math by Ava

On Monday we did a clock and our thermometer. We went to our small groups which has our lesson practice for our math lessons. After that we go back to our desks and work on the math assignment. On Wednesday we don't do math groups because we don't have enough time.

## Math by Claire

On Monday we learned about modeling fractions.  We also learned about a numerator and denominator.  On Tuesday we learned about drawing fractions and we did Reflex.  On Wednesday we took a Benchmark test and Reflex. On Thursday we learned about Comparing Fractions, Part 1 and we did Reflex. On Friday we learned about fractions of a group and we did Reflex.

## Math by Brynn

On Monday we did a power up which had jump start, mental math, and problem solving. We also did problem 9+13=15.We used a B in our math equation that stood for bike. You can write it anyway you want when you adding.  We also measured things around the room.
